Service call of $200. Literally money down the drain.... plumbing pun intended. Must be nice to collect money for doing nothing. I do not recommend. Follow up to owner reply: My expectations were not high, they were realistic! Your list of services states drain clearing. My drains were not cleared and no alternative to remedy the issue was presented in a timely manner. I waited 4 days for a plumber to tell me he couldn't remedy the issue and got charged for it on top. Again, I do NOT recommend SOS Plumbing and hope others don't get tipped off as I did.

Nate and Gio came out after 10 PM to the worst conditions to fix a burst pipe under a crawl space blocked with snow. They had it fixed within an hour and answered my many questions professionally. They never once complained about the horrible conditions and made me feel comfortable and in good hands. I really appreciate their knowledge but most important how they didn't bat an eye at what the job entailed. They just got down to business. Most people would have not been happy to do that job!

I woke up yesterday morning snow storm coming and my furnace wasn't working. I called several plumbing services couldn't help for 2 or 3 days. Called SOS spoke to Jacob explained situation. He said I will be there in 2 hours and he was. Furnace could not be fixed said he could put one in the next day which is today. We were in a real pinch ahead of this big storm as our furnace had stopped working. SOS came out and while they didn't have the part we needed, they did refer us to someone who was able to come out and get our heat on in a few hours. This was the second time I had them come out to address the same issue. They installed a brand new water valve because it was assumed that was where the leak was. However, if they just looked down, they would have saw a pvc pipe had separated and needed a quick repair. Not happy that I had to pay for 2 house calls.

Had another opportunity to hire this company to repair another leaky toilet in my home. Adam, who has done work at my house a couple times already was tasked with finding the solution. After finding the cause of the leak and a brief discussion we decided that it was time to replace my 30+ year toilet. He did this on his own in an amazingly short time. Water leak alarm goes off at the water main in the basement, massive leak from the meter and the main knob won't turn all the way. Nightmare. These guys answered immediately, were there within an hour, and sorted out the whole situation within 30 minutes, and contacted my water utility company to get them involved to complete the fix. Fantastic!
