Hands-down the best emergency service call I’ve ever experienced. Jacob, one of the principals at SOS, showed up after hours and went straight to work. Within a couple hours the issues (more than one) were squared away. And while I, like everyone, dislike emergencies that require outlays of serious cash, I do enjoy watching a master at work. Jacob and his journeyman Lee, did an outstanding job.Bonus points for patiently answering my stupid questions.SOS is now my go-to plumbing company, and they should be yours, too.

Jacob put a new boiler in my house and it was a pleasure working with him. He looked at it wednesday, was back thursday morning (on time) and finished mid afternoon thursday! Everything was cleaned up, all the pipes were plumb and level, I was really impressed. I'm retired now but he didn't know when I worked I was a building contractor and hired many plumbers. He is a five star plumber.

I contacted SOS plumbing for a leak in my upstairs bathroom tub that leaked down to my first floor kitchen ceiling. Jacob came over within a few hours & quickly figured out the problem. Jacob & his coworker were able to quickly fix the leak & replace the tub drain that had failed. I highly recommend Jacob & SOS Plumbing.

Nathan came on an end of day appointment and replaced my bath sink hot valve body and was able to install it even though I didn’t have the new mounting hardware. He was friendly and efficient. I was charged a reasonable amount for the work. I would recommend and use them again.

SOS came to clear a drain for my washing machine. After two failed attempts they suggested an alternative that worked. I’ve used my washing machine a number of times since, and everything’s working as it should. Great job!!! 👍

SOS Plumbing showed up within 15 minutes of my emergency call for a leaking boiler. It was quickly fixed and we made plans to replace my outdated piece of equipment.I also want to thank SOS Plumbing for pricing their work fairly. Never had a service call or technician like Jacob. First he was kind and understanding from start to finish. He explained everything he was fixing and was inspecting. Upon delivering some bad news about the boiler issue he was gentle and very sympathetic to me. He started with an immediate referral call for me for further work. Money sadly being an issue for me he worked out a VERY reasonable plan. His response brought me to tears. He also was keen enough to notice a dangerous situation he saved me and my elderly sister's life including our pets. There are no words that I can write to express my gratitude and humbled he made me feel. He will be my go to person as long as I live here!
