I called SOS on a Sunday for a non emergency plumbing issue, they called right away and scheduled the service appointment for Monday. They showed up as promised and Jose and his partner solved the problem and had it fixed in less than an hour, they were friendly and smart and I would definitely call them again when the need arises.

SOS Plumbing gave me an estimate through an email which I agreed to then canceled the estimate. I called to find out why and they said that their technician made a mistake and that the estimate was only the down payment. Working with the company, management blamed two errors on their employees! Very bad business practices, be careful.

The technicians arrived promptly and were able to quickly diagnose the problem with my sump pump. Due to the high water table as a result of record winter storms I was very concerned about the sump pump motor burning out due to it discharging every few minutes. I thought a back up pump might be necessary but Jose assured me that my pump was in good working order. He also noticed a small water issue in front of my HVAC system. I would not have noticed this for weeks or months. Thanks to Jose's attention, I alerted my HVAC company who quickly responded to make a simple repair. Thanks to Jose, an expensive HVAC issue was avoided! I am very grateful to him for catching this.

Honestly the best. I was not so smart and went with a cheaper company who totally botched our furnace installation.
