Ever since I bought my home 15 years ago, my boiler has not worked properly. The boiler would trip out randomly.I decided to try SOS. The techs struggled at first and to my surprise Jake one of the owners came in, then his partner, then the burner rep. They found so many issues, im not sure how it worked at all. There was a missing burner shroud and miss wired power vent controller. I was very impressed, they didn't leave till they got it right. They properly tuned the burner, it has never run this efficient. The boiler recovery is the best I have ever seen. Thanks guys, I'm looking forward to my first trouble free winter. SOS has my highest recommendation!

They where responsive even on a holiday. The only company out several that actually responded. Showed up and did professional work. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and good service. They repaired several water control valves with new ball joint valves. They also worked on issues with 3 outside water faucets.

We called SOS for a leaky fixture, and they were quick to respond. Came right out and replaced gaskets instead of the whole fixture. Another plumber quoted over $1000 before they saw what we needed, and told us we needed everything to be replaced. This is the 2nd time we called SOS for service, and we will call them again if we ever need anything.

Excellent crew!! Jose and Matt came early in the timeframe the office provided and were professional and friendly the entire time, explaining everything along the way. From my initial conversation with Anya to the completion of the job, everything went smoothly and stress free. The guys cleaned up the place well, which we truly appreciate! Additionally, this company is HONEST and upfront about pricing. The job was less entailed than originally thought, so my final cost was reduced dramatically. Now that's a bonus. These guys know what they're doing and are certified in viesmann as well. So I had a convo with them about that and scheduled a cleaning. Just overall good vibes about the SOS from start to finish. So glad I found them. Thank you and I highly recommend this company! 10 🌟

Gio and his partner did a great job. Unfortunately, through no fault of theirs, a relatively simple repair turned into something more involved. The water line that goes to my outside faucet had apparently burst inside the wall. But it needed to get fixed. So it was a little more than expected. But, you gotta do what you gotta do. I had a saddle valve fail at 10pm and couldn't get the drip to stop at the leak. I got an instant and informative call back, got the drip to stop. Jacob came out 8am the next morning, cut out the damaged pipe section behind the supply valve and installed a new supply valve. Good advice, kind people, solid work and reasonable prices. This is a great company, highly recommended.If you have or have had an ice maker or humidifier with a supply line, I highly recommend following the line to see if there's a saddle valve. If there is, have saddle valve replaced and that section of pipe replaced, sooner rather than later.

If you want good hard working honest people, call this company! I’ve had this company do an excellent job installing a sump pump system with a spare pump and a backup battery. They’ve replaced a shower valve and checked thoroughly for what looked like a hidden leak inside a wall and under the tub. Most recently, they’ve done an excellent job replacing a failing water heater when I woke up flooding in the basement. They’ve always come out quickly when it was an emergency and they price very fair.

I called SOS on a Sunday for a non emergency plumbing issue, they called right away and scheduled the service appointment for Monday. SOS Plumbing gave me an estimate through an email which I agreed to then canceled the estimate. I called to find out why and they said that their technician made a mistake and that the estimate was only the down payment. Working with the company, management blamed two errors on their employees! Very bad business practices, be careful.
