SOS plumber running rough-in piping through floor joists on a Rhode Island new-construction site

From drawings to passed inspection.

Commercial installation is a different discipline: engineered drawings, fixture-unit calculations, grease and backflow requirements, ADA clearances, and an inspector with a checklist. We work from your architect's plans (or produce the plumbing layout for smaller projects) and build to pass the first walkthrough.

Installations we handle

  • Restaurant buildouts: three-bay sinks, floor drains, grease interceptors, pre-rinse stations, gas runs to the line
  • Restroom construction & ADA upgrades: clearances, mounting heights and valves to current code
  • Commercial water heaters & boilers: sized from real peak demand, redundancy where downtime isn't an option
  • Gas piping: new service runs, appliance connections, pressure testing and permits
  • Backflow & RPZ assemblies: installed and certified in one visit
  • Tenant fit-outs: office kitchenettes, break rooms, mixed-use conversions

On the GC's clock

We rough in when the schedule says rough-in, and we're back for trim the day the walls close. Ask any general contractor what they want from a plumbing sub: predictability. That's the product.

How a rescue works

From your call to fixed, in four moves.

Signal 01, dispatch

You call. A person answers.

No phone tree, no callback queue. Describe the problem and we dispatch the nearest tech, same-day for most calls, immediately for emergencies.

Signal 02, diagnose

Upfront price before we open a wall.

The tech diagnoses on site, walks you through options, and quotes flat pricing before any work begins. You approve, or you don't. No surprises on the invoice.

Signal 03, fix

Fixed right, left clean.

Stocked vans mean most repairs finish in one visit. We protect floors, wear boot covers, and leave the space cleaner than we found it.

Signal 04, guarantee

Backed in writing.

Workmanship is guaranteed and every tech is licensed and insured in Rhode Island. If something isn't right, we come back. That's the whole policy.

Good questions

Asked before every system installations job.

Do you handle permits and inspections?

End to end. We pull the plumbing and gas permits, schedule the inspections, and build to pass the first time. You get copies of everything for the project file.

Can you size a water heater for a restaurant?

Yes, from fixture units and actual peak service demand, not guesswork. Undersized hot water fails a health inspection; oversized wastes gas forever. The calculation costs nothing extra.

Do you install gas lines for kitchen equipment?

Licensed and routine, new runs, regulator sizing, flexible connectors and pressure testing for ranges, fryers and combi ovens, coordinated with your equipment vendor's specs.

How early should plumbing be involved in a buildout?

Before the lease is signed, ideally. A space without a grease line or with an undersized water service can turn a bargain lease expensive. A pre-lease walkthrough with us is cheap insurance.

Whatever's leaking, clogged or cold, send the signal.
