"Diagnosed on a Saturday, whole house filtration, well tank, 50% of my pipes, and hot water tank installed on Wednesday. Great service and well done, neat work!"

Water Filtration Maintenance in Rhode Island
Cartridges, media, membranes and UV lamps, replaced on schedule, on any brand, before the water tells you they're overdue.
An expired filter isn't neutral. It's a problem.
Filtration equipment fails politely, no leak, no noise, just water quietly going back to what it was. A spent carbon cartridge stops catching chlorine; an exhausted softener lets scale resume its work on your water heater; a UV lamp past its rated hours glows on while disinfecting nothing. Maintenance is the whole product.
What we service: any brand, any installer
- Sediment & carbon cartridges: typically every 6-12 months
- RO membranes & post-filters: membranes every 2-3 years, with pressure and TDS checked at each visit
- Softener media & brine systems: settings tuned, salt bridges cleared, resin re-bedded when it's tired
- Iron filter & neutralizer media: re-bedded every 5-10 years depending on load
- UV lamps & sleeves: lamps annually, quartz sleeves cleaned or replaced with them
On a schedule you never have to remember
Our filtration maintenance plan puts your system on our calendar: we arrive with the right cartridges, test the water in and out, and leave a dated service tag. Systems another company installed are welcome, bring us the model numbers or just let us look.
How a rescue works

You call. A person answers.
No phone tree, no callback queue. Describe the problem and we dispatch the nearest tech, same-day for most calls, immediately for emergencies.
Upfront price before we open a wall.
The tech diagnoses on site, walks you through options, and quotes flat pricing before any work begins. You approve, or you don't. No surprises on the invoice.
Fixed right, left clean.
Stocked vans mean most repairs finish in one visit. We protect floors, wear boot covers, and leave the space cleaner than we found it.

Good questions
Asked before every maintenance & replacement job.
How do I know when filters are due?
Time is more reliable than taste, by the time water tastes different, the filter's been done for months. Cartridges run 6-12 months, membranes 2-3 years, UV lamps annually. We tag each service with the next due date.
Can you service a system someone else installed?
Yes, most of our maintenance customers came to us with existing equipment. We identify the system, source correct media and cartridges, and fold it into a normal service schedule.
Why is my softener using so much salt?
Usually a settings problem (regeneration frequency set for a bigger household) or a salt bridge hollowing out the tank. Both are quick fixes that pay for themselves in salt bags.
Is an annual filtration plan worth it?
If the system protects a well supply or an expensive water heater, yes, the plan costs less than one neglected-system consequence, and you never have to think about cartridge part numbers again.
