Water jetting: the deep clean your pipes remember.
Hydro Jetting in Rhode Island
Up to 4,000 PSI of water scouring the full pipe wall, roots cut, grease stripped, scale flushed. The fix-it-once option.
A cable makes a hole. A jetter makes a new pipe.
Traditional snaking punches through a blockage and calls it a day, leaving the grease, scale and root mass on the pipe wall to close back in. Hydro jetting (water jetting) works differently: a specialized nozzle drives high-pressure water backward and forward, scouring the full diameter of the line as it travels. What's in the pipe leaves the pipe.
What jetting removes
- Root intrusion: root-cutting nozzles shear growth at the wall; the camera confirms the joint afterward
- Restaurant & kitchen grease: decades of buildup stripped in one overnight visit
- Scale in old cast iron: the rough interior that snags everything, smoothed back to full flow
- Sand, sludge & bellied-line sediment: flushed downstream and out
Camera first, always
We inspect before jetting, pressure gets matched to pipe condition, fragile sections get flagged, and you see the before/after on screen. Jetting a compromised pipe blind is how other companies create excavation jobs; we don't do it.
For restaurants, we schedule jetting overnight so the line is spotless before prep starts. Ask about annual jetting on a maintenance contract, cheaper than one Saturday-night backup.
How a rescue works
From your call to fixed, in four moves.
You call. A person answers.
No phone tree, no callback queue. Describe the problem and we dispatch the nearest tech, same-day for most calls, immediately for emergencies.
Upfront price before we open a wall.
The tech diagnoses on site, walks you through options, and quotes flat pricing before any work begins. You approve, or you don't. No surprises on the invoice.
Fixed right, left clean.
Stocked vans mean most repairs finish in one visit. We protect floors, wear boot covers, and leave the space cleaner than we found it.
Backed in writing.
Workmanship is guaranteed and every tech is licensed and insured in Rhode Island. If something isn't right, we come back. That's the whole policy.

What Rhode Islanders say after the fix.
"Jacob and his crew are great overall. They know their products and when they came to do annual maintenance on a complicated modern furnace the job went smoothly. All my questions were answered. The system is in top condition. Awesome job."
"Two nice young men. Went right to work and fixed the leaking toilet. They cleaned up after themselves and out the door they went. Reasonably priced."

Good questions
Asked before every hydro jetting job.
What's the difference between snaking and hydro jetting?
A snake bores a hole through the clog; jetting removes the clog and cleans the pipe wall behind it. Snaking is right for simple, soft blockages, jetting is right when the problem keeps coming back.
Is water jetting safe for residential pipes?
Yes, with a camera inspection first, which is our standard. We match pressure to the pipe's material and condition. It's high-pressure water, not a cutting blade: gentler on old lines than repeated cabling.
How long does hydro jetting last?
For grease and scale, years, often five or more with sane kitchen habits. For roots, jetting plus an annual camera check keeps the line clear; if a joint keeps inviting them back, we'll show you the spot-repair option on video.
Can jetting fix a collapsed pipe?
No, and we'll never sell you jetting on one. That's exactly why the camera goes first: a collapsed or badly bellied section needs repair, and you'll see it on screen before spending a dollar on cleaning.
