Sewer camera monitor showing the inside of a Rhode Island drain line during an SOS inspection

The most honest tool in plumbing.

A sewer camera can't exaggerate. It shows exactly what's in the line, roots at the third joint, a belly holding water at forty feet, a crushed section under the driveway, or a pipe that's actually fine. That's why we run one before recommending anything expensive, and why we hand you the footage either way.

When a camera pays for itself

  • Recurring clogs: find the cause instead of renting the auger a third time
  • Before you buy a house: a pre-purchase sewer scope is the cheapest inspection with the most expensive surprises; especially for pre-1970s Rhode Island homes on clay or cast iron
  • Before any excavation quote: never approve a dig you haven't seen the reason for
  • Locating lost lines: the transmitter head maps depth and path from the surface, so digs (if needed) are surgical
  • After jetting: proof the line is actually clean, wall to wall

What you get

A narrated pass of the line, distances marked, problems shown on screen while you watch, and the recording delivered to you. If work is warranted, the flat quote references exactly what's on the video, nothing invisible, nothing invented.

How a rescue works

From your call to fixed, in four moves.

Signal 01, dispatch

You call. A person answers.

No phone tree, no callback queue. Describe the problem and we dispatch the nearest tech, same-day for most calls, immediately for emergencies.

Signal 02, diagnose

Upfront price before we open a wall.

The tech diagnoses on site, walks you through options, and quotes flat pricing before any work begins. You approve, or you don't. No surprises on the invoice.

Signal 03, fix

Fixed right, left clean.

Stocked vans mean most repairs finish in one visit. We protect floors, wear boot covers, and leave the space cleaner than we found it.

Signal 04, guarantee

Backed in writing.

Workmanship is guaranteed and every tech is licensed and insured in Rhode Island. If something isn't right, we come back. That's the whole policy.

Good questions

Asked before every camera inspections job.

How much does a sewer camera inspection cost?

A flat-rate visit, quoted when you call. If the inspection leads to repair work you approve, we credit the inspection toward the job.

Should I get a sewer scope before buying a house?

In Rhode Island's older housing stock, emphatically yes. Clay and cast-iron laterals from the mid-1900s are at the end of their design life, and a failed sewer line is a five-figure surprise no home inspector's checklist catches.

Can the camera tell exactly where the problem is?

Yes, the camera head carries a transmitter we locate from the surface, marking position and depth. If excavation is ever required, it's a precise cut, not a trench hunt.

My drains work fine. Any reason to scope them?

Two: before buying the house, and before any landscaping or driveway project over the lateral. Otherwise, working drains can stay unbothered.

Whatever's leaking, clogged or cold, send the signal.
