What warranty comes with a Navien boiler?
Navien backs its residential heat exchangers with one of the longest warranties in the industry when installed and maintained to spec by a certified installer, which is exactly the paperwork our installs and annual service generate.
Combi boiler vs. separate boiler and water heater?
A combi wins on space, efficiency and simplicity for most 1-3 bath homes. Very heavy simultaneous hot-water use can favor separates. We size from your actual fixtures and habits and show you both numbers.
Is 'endless hot water' really endless?
Within the unit's flow rating, yes. It heats water as it passes rather than storing a tankful. Three showers back-to-back-to-back never go cold; three showers at the same instant depend on sizing, which is what our visit sorts out.
Can a Navien replace my oil boiler?
That's a classic oil-to-gas conversion, and we do them end to end, gas coordination, venting, condensate, permits and haul-away of the old tank equipment where required.
