We treat the water you have, not the one on the box.

Rhode Island water is two different stories. City water is decent but moderately hard, with chlorine you can taste. Well water, common from Coventry west and across South County, can carry iron that stains, sulfur you can smell, sediment, and acidity that quietly eats copper pipe from the inside. The fix starts with a test, not a catalog.

Whole-home filtration

A point-of-entry system treats every tap in the house: carbon for taste and chlorine, sediment stages for grit, softening where hardness is wrecking your water heater and dishwasher. One system, cleaner water everywhere, including the shower.

Well water specialists

  • Iron & manganese filters: end the orange staining in tubs and laundry
  • Acid neutralizers: stop low-pH water from pinholing your copper
  • Sulfur treatment: kill the rotten-egg smell at the source
  • UV disinfection: bacteria protection without chemicals

Under-sink & drinking water

Reverse-osmosis and multi-stage under-sink systems put bottle-quality water on tap for pennies. We install, and we come back on schedule to swap cartridges, or show you how to do it yourself in five minutes.

Already have a system another company installed? We service and re-bed those too.

How a rescue works

From your call to fixed, in four moves.

You call. A person answers.

No phone tree, no callback queue. Describe the problem and we dispatch the nearest tech, same-day for most calls, immediately for emergencies.

Signal 02, diagnose

Upfront price before we open a wall.

The tech diagnoses on site, walks you through options, and quotes flat pricing before any work begins. You approve, or you don't. No surprises on the invoice.

Signal 03, fix

Fixed right, left clean.

Stocked vans mean most repairs finish in one visit. We protect floors, wear boot covers, and leave the space cleaner than we found it.

Backed in writing.

Workmanship is guaranteed and every tech is licensed and insured in Rhode Island. If something isn't right, we come back. That's the whole policy.

Good questions

Asked before every water filtration job.

Do I need a water softener in Rhode Island?

Municipal water here is moderately hard, enough to scale up water heaters and spot glassware, but not extreme. We test first; if hardness doesn't justify a softener, we'll tell you so.

My well water stains everything orange. Can you fix it?

Yes. That's dissolved iron, very common in western Rhode Island wells. An iron filter sized to your flow rate ends the staining. Paired with an acid neutralizer if your pH test calls for it.

How often do filters need changing?

Sediment and carbon cartridges typically go 6-12 months; RO membranes 2-3 years; media tanks 5-10 years. We set you up on a reminder schedule, or handle it entirely with a maintenance plan.

Is reverse osmosis worth it for drinking water?

If you want bottle-quality water on tap, yes, RO removes what carbon alone can't, including dissolved solids. We pair it with a small remineralizing stage so the water tastes right, not flat.

Can filtration protect my water heater and fixtures?

Directly. Hardness scale is the number-one early killer of water heaters and mixing valves in RI. Treating the water at the point of entry pays part of its own way in appliance lifespan.

Do you test for bacteria in well water?

We arrange certified lab testing for coliform and E. coli when the situation calls for it, new wells, real-estate transfers, or after flooding, and install UV disinfection when results demand it.

Whatever's leaking, clogged or cold, send the signal.
