I chose SOS because I did a Google AI search and asked to have the best reviews in Rhode Island. Save what you will about AI, but Google nailed it this time. They were responsive, professional, let me know about the cost upfront, and on the coldest day of the winter, they showed up within two hours of my phone call. It ends up that I had a bad valve leading to my boiler, which caused the whole system to shut down. They pleasantly fixed it, took them under two hours, And immediately contacted me when it was done. I couldn’t be happier.

Service call of $200. Literally money down the drain.... plumbing pun intended. Must be nice to collect money for doing nothing. I do not recommend. Follow up to owner reply: My expectations were not high, they were realistic! Your list of services states drain clearing. My drains were not cleared and no alternative to remedy the issue was presented in a timely manner. I waited 4 days for a plumber to tell me he couldn't remedy the issue and got charged for it on top. Again, I do NOT recommend SOS Plumbing and hope others don't get tipped off as I did.

Amazing service. Sunday night. Freezing cold. Everyone I tried calling before was giving an ETA in days not hours. SOS showed up EARLY and were done fast and clean and gave solid advice moving forward. I will be calling in the spring for some more work.

Nate and Gio came out after 10 PM to the worst conditions to fix a burst pipe under a crawl space blocked with snow. They had it fixed within an hour and answered my many questions professionally. They never once complained about the horrible conditions and made me feel comfortable and in good hands. I really appreciate their knowledge but most important how they didn't bat an eye at what the job entailed. They just got down to business. Most people would have not been happy to do that job!

I woke up yesterday morning snow storm coming and my furnace wasn't working. I called several plumbing services couldn't help for 2 or 3 days. Called SOS spoke to Jacob explained situation. He said I will be there in 2 hours and he was. Furnace could not be fixed said he could put one in the next day which is today. They came today at 11 put in the new furnace I have heat againThey could not have been nicer and more helpful.

Overall fantastic experience from booking the appointment to job completion. I used their online booking option, received a callback shortly after and an appointment scheduled for that same day. Pipe burst day of a massive snowstorm and Jacob (the owner) came out within an hour of calling, fixed the problem, identified some other needed fixes and got us back with heat….even when my regular boiler service provider refused to come out.Could not be happier with SOS and recommend them highly.

We were in a real pinch ahead of this big storm as our furnace had stopped working. SOS came out and while they didn't have the part we needed, they did refer us to someone who was able to come out and get our heat on in a few hours. This was the second time I had them come out to address the same issue. They installed a brand new water valve because it was assumed that was where the leak was. However, if they just looked down, they would have saw a pvc pipe had separated and needed a quick repair. Not happy that I had to pay for 2 house calls.
