I never write reviews, but after seeing all the great ones here, I felt inclined to share my own.I’ve managed multifamily properties for years, so I’m often in need of reliable plumbers for all sorts of jobs big and small —I’ve seen it all. These guys came highly recommended by a trusted source.That said, this experience truly baffled me. The total time spent “on the job in the bathroom was less than 15 minutes tracked - to replace a part leading to the shower head — yes, the shower head — and the bill came to almost $500. I understand there was travel time involved to pick up the part, and that as they said “plumbing is expensive” but even so, that was a wild price for a simple job.Was also told the part was going to be one price and on the invoice it was +60 then what was told.Listen, I’m sure they do phenomenal work and it’s clear they do with these reviews - I’ll never doubt someone’s craft. However, It changes for me personally when you know as a customer you’re clearly getting taken advantage of. So for me, I’ll continue to take my business elsewhere.

SOS Plumbing is fantastic. We called because our tub would not drain. We were given a timeframe of 8am to noon. They arrived at 9:30am and were done by 10:15am. They were very nice and professional. They worked neatly and even wiped out the tub after it drainedWe were very impressed and highly recommend SOS Plumbing! The price was very reasonable also.

Let me say that SOS saved my day! I attempted to repair a leaky bathroom faucet myself and ended up, of course, NOT fixing the leak, cross-threading the handle and panicking... I called SOS... I left a message with the answering service for a non-emergency service, and I received a callback from Jacob, who put me on the schedule for "now to noon." I received a phone call from the service tech, Adam, en route - the long way (was given the incorrect address), but promptly showed up with Raymond/apprentice. These guys were kind, professional and efficient! Their parents raised 'em right. Adam was knowledgeable and took the time to share that knowledge with Raymond. I will absolutely call SOS again for another project forthcoming... ahhhhh the kitchen faucet....ohhhhh almost forgot... AFFORDABLE....they cost LESS than an emergency service from the roto guys....thank you again SOS...

I had one of the worst experiences with SOS Plumbing. The communication was terrible, the service was delayed, and the work wasn’t done properly. I expected a professional company but instead got a headache from start to finish. I honestly wish I had called anyone else.The only SOS I need is for this 1-star review. 🚨

SOS plumber Adam showed up as scheduled and got to work troubleshooting my leak. He ended up having to cut into a wall to find the leak, cut out the piping, reinstall new piping, leak test etc. Once the wall was opened we found black mold and SOS plumbing reached out immediately to a restoration company. I cannot say enough about how thorough and professional they were. They even did a good clean up of the work site. I highly recommend them for plumbing repairs

I generally leave good reviews but I’m a bit baffled after my experience with this company. I believed I had a slow leak under my sink. SOS plumbing came out and searched multiple locations to try to pinpoint the situation and were unable to find a set cause. I appreciated that they checked everything including the shower and toilet. The techs were friendly. Upon leaving they charged me a service fee and then came back and said they under charged. I was confused but paid. Even though nothing was solved - it was what it was. Later that day I took a shower and the water scalded me on cold. I called the company to let them know a dial must have been put on backwards or something when they investigated the shower. I was told this wasn’t possible. And they weren’t responsible for fixing anything. After I insisted this only was after they removed it they said they would “waive the service fee” but possibly have to charge me for parts. How kind. The tech came and told me this is just how showers work. Apparently I have been using my shower wrong my whole life by not realizing that “C” meant burning water and “H” meant even hotter water- (somehow only after they adjusted it). I put the water under the “C” and showed him it was scalding hot and he let me know I just had to keep turning it multiple times in a circle. Allegedly this is the first time I’ve ever used a shower in four years of living here. He also said this is easier for plumbers to have the dial this way (backwards). I have never heard or seen that before - and if that’s the case- Goodluck out there to anyone who has work done. After that he let me know it was backwards and fixed it- and said I was lucky they didn’t charge me a service fee. Suddenly now it was wrong and I was using the shower correctly- and now the water was back to C for cold and H to hot - like a normal shower. Apparently that’s not normal to plumbers ? Check your temps before stepping in.

These people are scam artists. They quoted us $9300 for something another plumber fixed for $125. Either they don’t know what they’re talking about and thought something was wrong when it wasn’t or they tried to manipulate us into spending $9300. Either way, terrible. Not to mention, the $9300 was AFTER we spent $3600 for them to do an emergency visit and get our water turned back on. Avoid this company.Edit to my review since the owner wants to respond with inaccurate facts: We had let the sprinklers run in our new home overnight in 20 minutes intervals which admittedly was longer than we thought. Was it four hours in total? Not even close. The tech on site did state that may have contributed but that the issue was long occurring before we even bought the house. Furthermore, the plumber that did ultimately fix our system stated our pump and well tank are both strong, so not sure what long term solution would have been accomplished for $9300. They can stand by their assessment but I stand by my review and will make sure to let people know.
