Never had a service call or technician like Jacob. First he was kind and understanding from start to finish. He explained everything he was fixing and was inspecting. Upon delivering some bad news about the boiler issue he was gentle and very sympathetic to me. He started with an immediate referral call for me for further work. Money sadly being an issue for me he worked out a VERY reasonable plan. His response brought me to tears. He also was keen enough to notice a dangerous situation he saved me and my elderly sister's life including our pets. There are no words that I can write to express my gratitude and humbled he made me feel. He will be my go to person as long as I live here! My hot water tank blew at 12 at night and they picked up the phone and told me how to stop the leaking. Came the next day and installed a new one at the time they said they'd come and took exactly how long they said it would take. Also very friendly and made me aware of a problem with my furnace exhaust. Would highly recommend, they also cleaned up after themselves completely. Will be using them again for sure.

I called Jacob from SOS Plumbing for a Navian boiler service call. Jacob was able to come right out on an emergency call after hours. He came to diagnose the problem and was able to tell me the solution. He was very knowledgeable and understanding of what had happened prior to the service call. He was able to direct me in the right direction, along with the next steps that needed to be taken. He offered me a solution that was effective and cost friendly. These guys are awesome, seriously awesome. They came next day for an emergency clog fix in some old pipes and had the tools, expertise, and patience to fix it. I appreciated the transparent pricing, professionalism, and candor.

Jacob and team are fantastic!! Very friendly, professional, and straight forward with expectations while being reasonably priced. Called in the morning for service, was given a window of time of 2-6 same day, they showed at 1:30 and were complete by 3. I highly recommend this company and will continue to do business with them in the future!

I trusted the other reviews and was rewarded with same day service, needed a circulator that they had IN THE VAN, had heat in no time at an honest price. Other places I’ve dealt with won’t take care of you if they don’t know you and when they do come they act like they are doing you a favor while overcharging for inferior service. Now I know who to call.

First, I would highly recommended them to everyone. We found a leak a little late in the day. We did call a couple of plumbers that said we can't do that. We was so worried that no one would come. Then we called SOS Plumbers LLC. They was so kind and courteous to our needs. They came right out and fixed the leak. If you need a plumber, call them. Thank you again, Jacob for all your help.
