This is a longer review, but I encourage you to read it because it’s full of helpful details if you ever find yourself in an emergency like I did.On a Saturday morning, my cast iron sewer drain cracked and sewage started flooding into my basement. As a new homeowner, I was incredibly overwhelmed and unsure of what to do. Jacob, the owner of the company, came out on very short notice, even though it was after hours. He was calm, professional, and immediately connected me with a cleaning company that responded quickly, handled the cleanup, and gave me clear guidance on what steps to take next.Jacob understood how urgent and stressful the situation was, and made every effort to get me on the schedule as quickly as possible. He was transparent about the pricing, which I found to be very reasonable considering the scope of work involved.Matt, Adam, and Jake arrived early and worked throughout the day until the job was completed with great care and attention to detail. It was clear they treated the project as if it were their own home. They were professional, thorough, and also brought a positive attitude that made the entire experience much easier to handle.Everyone I interacted with whether through Jacob’s team or the partners he referred were honest, compassionate, and genuinely cared about the outcome. Jacob and Jose worked to diagnose a problem that other plumbers could not solve. Then they clearly explained the issue and options to me. I will update my review when the work is done. So far - great!Phase 2, adding pressure and a whole house filter to the system, went well. SOS showed up on time and did the work in a timely amd organized manner. They left the job site tidy. Their estimate was correct, and the systems are working.

I have used S.O.S plumbing a few times now and I have been impressed every time. The most recent call, I was concerned that they would not be able to access the broken pipe due to the location of the break. When they arrived, they quickly assessed the situation, looked at their options and fixed the break with out cutting into the floor or damaging the surrounding area.Great job!
